Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JobTrack (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Service was developed by Galvoti LLC under contract. All deliverables, source code, and documentation fall under the property ownership of CaseDriven Technologies LLC. Galvoti may only reuse generic, non-client-specific code components that do not contain proprietary business logic, confidential data, or features unique to Galvoti LLC.

2. Scope of Use

You may use the Service only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. Unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse is prohibited.

3. Support & Maintenance

Technical support is provided by for 60 days after final delivery, covering bug fixes for issues reported in that period. Requests outside the original scope require a separate agreement.

4. Acceptance

Each milestone or final delivery will be deemed accepted unless Galvoti LLC provides written notice of material deficiencies within ten (10) business days.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared under the Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality, total liability will not exceed the total project fees paid.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
